We can't say enough about how we appreciate Gaspari Constructions' work. Totally pro, punctual, great communication, easy to talk to. Nick can do anything! His greatest strength is he is adaptable to problems as they come up...and they always come up! The job was large with a wide variety of demo, full bathroom renos, heated tile...big tile, lots of drywall, flooring, staircase, fireplace wall, and painting. Even during Covid materials shortages, Gaspari Construction always found the right thing at the right time. We would highly recommend Gaspari to anyone and we will have them back for our next project.

When I called Gaspari Construction, I wanted the carpet ripped off the stairs and replaced with hardwood. I was so impressed with the final results that I had them remove the carpet from the entire top floor and replace it with hardwood flooring. That should be enough: I believe a worker should be judged by his work. But there is more...Gaspari Construction were respectful of me and my home; they were kind and pleasant; they were dependable arriving on time when they said they would: no exceptions. They put in full days and made a steady progress. That should suffice: I believe I should have a positive experience. When you hire a contractor, you want them to do what they promised. I hired Nick based on reviews. He did not only do the work required for a full basement finish. He did extra work for me. He is trustworthy, and a true professional. The work is excellent and finished on time. What a find!, Thanks Trusted Pros. I found Mr. Gaspari when I posted a renovation on their site, he quickly came to see the project for quotation and was most professional. I hired him and will do so again, which I feel is the best thing you can say about a contractor!
Nick is dependable, hard working and results orientated. He understands his industry and has good relationships with his suppliers. He will ensure you have the best results possible and is solution orientated. I was impressed - my house is old, nothing is square and as with all projects there are always dilemma's that arise. I was impressed with some of his solutions and results to our difficulties. Just waiting for my next quote and a new timeslot, so don't hire him - cause I need him here! LOL Can't say anything better than that , Thanks Nick!!

Nick was fantastic. We had trouble getting a local contractor to do the work, a number of local contractors (Port Hope and Coburg) coming to look at what needs to be done, promising to send quotes but never did. Then I found Nick. He came, provided a reasonable quote and timelines, and delivered them as he promised. I will not hesitate to get additional work done by Nick, that is if he has time. Also highly recommend Nick if you need work done.
